How I can help?

Not all real estate agents offer the same service. I do more than take a listing, put up a sign and wait for an offer.  Listed below are just some of the tools I utilize to get the job done: 

• GAMLS Transaction Desk  - Once your property is under contract, this state-of-the-art technology allows all participants in the transaction to access information concerning the closing 24 hours a day 7 days a week. (Any personal information will be protected upon request and only those involved in the transaction will have access.)
• Virtual Tours and Multiple Photos - Every listing has multiple photos and a virtual tour placed on the multiple listing service and several other websites (see below for a complete list). Virtual tours highlight the best features of your home so that a client or agent can view your home online. This helps eliminate unnecessary showings and allows buyers to preview your home from any computer.
• Internet Advertising - According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 80% of homebuyers begin their search for a new home on the internet.  That is why I have saturated the internet with marketing.  In addition to marketing your listing on http://melissagriggs.yourkwagent.com, I also advertise your home for sale on these websites:
